HGH.. vacuum seal in vial / Blue tops

So I finally ran out of Jins and Hyge's that I've been using on and off for the past several years. I mixed up my first vial of generic blue tops and much to my suprise there was zero vacuum in the vial. The vial is a little taller than the Jins and Hyges. It was actually a little hard getting the vial to accept 2ML of bac water and I was shooting for 3ML and that was not going to happen. Later I'm going to try the pregnancy test to make sure it's not HCG but I was wondering what other people's experiences are with vacuum and blue tops. I have an ok source, but not great.

Are all blue tops supposedly Keifei? Or are the compounding groups out there buying the powder in bulk and putting into vials themselves who might have the expensive vacuum machine? Are there other tests I can do?

I am using genaric blue tops. Some have vac some don't. Why are you diluting them so much? 1ml of BAC is all I use.

I put more water so that when I blow the bubble(s) out of the syringe I'm losing less HGH.. plus I only take 2 or 3iu's a day...
