new to this looking fer some advice

stats, currently 23 years old, 185lbs, about 15-20% body fat

I have gotten back into working out large over the past 4 months i am fully insulin dependent, i am looking to loose some body fat and naturally i gain muscle well. im interested in getting big but am concerned about my diabeties when using products. If there are any suggestions to what i should be using or what would work best it would help me out. Id like to be around 205 lbs an lower body fat.

Gaining muscle while losing fat is a difficult task. I suggest you lose as much fat as you can before bulking. Most peptides will effect your blood glucose + you're still too young to be using anything as such.

At your age you can still gain quite a bit naturally so I would take advantage of that. I don't usually take creatine but glutamine is great for recovery.
