    HGH - Carbs - Ketosis

    Hey

    I remember reading a poster say that if your not taking in a decent amount carbs while your on HGH, your not going to get the full HGH benefits.

    Does anyone have any specifics on that idea?

    What exactly would happen if you were taking GH and you were in Ketosis?

    Smaller amounts of carbohydrates is fine, but too much carbs around HGH injection time could lead to some surprising blood glucose numbers.
