Over the counter supplements to take while using HGH.

Been taking Somatropin for almost 2 months. I take Mega Men Multi, C, Fish Oil & Branch Chain Amino's 2 x per day as well as a protein powder. May concider getting back on the Superpump and the Size On if applicable. Are there any over the counter supplements out there that may per chance enhance the HGH or is there anything out there worth taking that I am not already? Anything to avoid as well? Please advise?

Thanks for that. My sleep isn't too great lately. I have some stuff on my mind I guess. My body just WAKES UP after 6 1/2 to 7 hours. Sometimes just 6. I know that your body produces more GH while sleeping, right? What are those 2 items you recommended and where can I obtain them?

Hmmm thanks for that too? Is this more for a health benefit type of thing? I hope i'm not killing my thyroid.
