Gh alone is it worth it?
Hello guys,
im kind of new to this forum, and was wondering if someone can help me out.
Can hgh be used alone for (fat loss) , is 4iu a good dose?

ya..even 4ius a day may be to much! start with 2 ius then to 3ius a day. Without test..it pretty much a fat loss and health/age related benefits.

In my opinion something like clen would be just as effective at fat loss if not more. And its certainly cheaper. If fat loss is your only goal then i would certainly consider a fat burner

I think Kale's questions are the most important.
Age, diet (lifestyle diet), current exercise program. For muscle growth, running it with test after 8 -12 weeks is optimum. There is a wealth of information on here. I have done lots of reading over the past several months and I have learned a lot from the members, PT and Gear. I would suggest reading some old posts.

I read that while fat burners reduce fat size they do not eliminate/destroy the cell so it is harder to keep it off and the propensity to gain it is vastly easier than what happens with GH. Gh actually is the only agent known to eliminate or reduce the number of cells so it is easier to keep the fat off after coming off. Does this hold true with anyone elses study? I have not used gh before and I am preparing to start and so I have been doing some research. Not even sure where I read it.

do a search on clenbuterol or an ECA stack. both are effective. lets not forget cardio of course.
