Nothing if you add a little T3/T4.

Increased IGF-1 which is raised by HGH directly inhibits growth hormone releasing hormone from the hypothalamus. GHRH, is dumped into the portal system that feeds the anterior pituitary gland.

Oh almost forgot, Somatostatin inhibits the release of HGH in the anterior pituitary and also Thyroid Stimulating Hormone (TSH) also. This is signaled by high circulating HGH.

Yes taking HGH will make your pituitary lazy. This is why it is not wise to not do it every single day. Some do it every other day and another popular method is 5 days on then 2 days off. Some will also incorporate GHRP2 (growth hormone releasing peptide) into their HGH cycle. GHRP2 is a peptide that acts on the pituitary and hypothalamus to release your own GH. HGH and GHRP2 works extremely well together although few actually do it mostly because of cost I think.

As for the thyroid... hGH does not necessarily work against your thyroid or suppress it as much as it increases the demand for thyroid hormones. So if your older and start to take high doses of hgh and don't gradually work your way up you may feel really tired and/or foggy headed until your thyroid has a chance to step up to the higher demands being placed on it. If you start taking really high pharmacological doses of hgh that's far out of normal ranges then your thyroid may not be able to keep up at all. In this case you would need to start taking thyroid meds. But make sure you know what your doing before you start just popping thyroid pills (T3/T4). If you don't know what your doing you can shut your thyroid down to the point where you will be stuck taking thyroid meds for the rest of your life.
