I am sure there is a simple answer to this question , but I haven't been able to find one. Here goes ; If a majority of your HGH is produced in the first 2-3 hours of sleep , would if be beneficial to sleep 3 hours say mid morning and then 3 hours mid afternoon and then 3 hours at night?? I know it's a little far fetched but would you then be getting 3 sessions of quality hgh production? I'm guessing not , but just curious what your thoughts are as I have a tendency to take a few naps throughout the day.
