    HGH before bed or in the morning?

    Being 27, would taking HGH before bed 5 days on 2 off affect/shutdown the pituitary gland? I am thinking about splitting my dose 2iu at night and 2iu in the morning to avoid lethargy during the day as much as possible. Do I risk anything by administering it in this way?

    i wouldnt shoot before bed. your body will relase the majority of its natural hgh while sleeping and by shooting before bed you will be interfering with that. shoot early morning and again late morning or afternoon.
