    New guy..a few questions

    I am looking to start taking some of the legal HGH products, which I assume are not true HGH...and are in pill form and not injectable. Are any of these products really effective? I weigh about 250, and would like to cut some fat and get toned up a bit, anyone that could steer me in the right direction would be appreciated.     there all 100% useless in my mind. i wouldnt take them if someone gave them to me for free

    i tried them man...the only one that i felt it worked a bit was the IGF-2 from applied nutricals i think..but still no match wit injectable GH

    What about PGH from Buysteroids.com...is that useless as well, or is it different?

    what is your bodyfat %? How much weight do you need/want to lose? I concur with the others that these oral gh products will be a waste of money.

    Oral HGH is bunk. Spend your money on healthy food and cardio time.
