Why we get hand numbness while on gh?

Why do we get side effects like hand numbness while on gh?
Is it because of the impurities that are in gh or is there a different reason?

For example some say that on american made gh there is no side effects, why?

If we get the side effects (generic chinese gh) from impurities in the gh, then how would we know we get real gh and not just powder with the left over impurities to make it seem like the real deal?

When I started taking insulin every day, I got similar sides as far as the feeling that I get in my joints. For me it is not really numbness, but a sort of fullness. As I got used to doing daily insulin shot (I have a high glucose level), the feeling went away, but when I started doing HGH I got the same feeling, but more intensely. Even when I am doing only 2 units per day, I can feel the difference in my joints (compared to when I don't do HGH because I'm away from home for a few days at a time). My joints never get "numb"... I have 100% feeling, to me the feeling is similar to how I feel when I wake up in the morning and stretch, if that makes any sense ?!? I am doing a limited, not an excessive amount....
