    IGF injecting question

    This may be a silly qusetion but if ur injecting igf into the muscle area that u have trained does it go intra muscular or sub q, i have been looking around trying to find out.

    Pretty sure it's intra muscular.

    I shoot it directly into the muscle. Stings a little but not too bad.
