Diet and HG
Newb with HG and couldn't find anything specific to HG and diet. I just ran 10 weeks of blue tops and now I'm going for another 10 weeks with yellows. Going with 2 ius. 37 yo and now about 170lbs, 166 in the morning. I've been lifting on and off for about 20 years and I love how the HG has helped refine my physic. I had a good base to start with and the HG over time has helped keep everything running smooth.
Now I'm looking for diet advice. Most of the diets posted seem pointed to those on gear and we all know HG and gear are very different. I like the lean vascular look, so I avoid taking in too many calories. So far so good, but I'm always willing to read and learn. Thanks!

welcome.
I'd suggesting posting your current diet in the diet forum, along with your goals, stats, etc for critique.

and keep in mind that you should avoid carbs around hgh injection time, or you could become diabetic over time.

I've done cutting diet with HGH. The only change I made was change the carb intake 1hr after morning pin and 1hr after my afternoon pin. It worked great. went from 18% body fat to 10%. I'm getting serious and see if I can get to 7% or 8%. The last 2% or 3% is really tough for me.

think he's saying he avoids carbs 1hr after injecting to avoid insulin insensitivity which could lead to type II diabetes.
