    IGF-LR3 Timing

How essential is it that IGF-LR3 be taken within 15-20 minutes after your workout? I know that is the standard recommendation, but is it essential that the IGF be taken within that time frame for the IGF to work? What about the guys who take twice a day? are they wasting one of the shots? or is this ok?

I ask because taking right after my workout is going to create some big logistical problems for me, and if I can get by with shooting a few hours later it will be a beautiful thing.

    Thanks for any help.

Your IGF receptors are most active immediately after workout and will last for about 60 minutes. If you wait a few hours more IGF will pass through the body looking for active IGF receptors. The are of your body that has the greatest amount of IGF receptors is your intestines. They will absorb any stray IGF left in the body. The long and short of it is to pin the IGF as soon as possible PWO. After 60 minutes a lot of the IGF will not be absorbed by the muscle you just worked and will end up in your intestines. To me, there really isn't a need to pin IGF twice a day. Pin 50mcg directly into the worked muscles immediately PWO. I pin three times per week or every 3rd day. It's a good balance between muscle growth and reducing gut growth to a minimum. Many people pin upto 100mcg everyday for a month and take a month off. Yes, your muscles will grow but so will your gut. I prefer the more conservative method. It takes longer but I think it is safer.

Thanks for intelligent response. Some are telling me to do subQ. Do you know benefits of site injection I/M vs. Sub Q, and if so fill me in? I'm getting confusing advise elsewhere. Thank you!

The IGF must be pinned I/M to be most effective. You want the IGF to be in direct contact with the actual muscle fibers. I pin HGH subQ but IGF is always pinned I/M. Reconstitute IGF with acetic acid (AA) not Bac Water. If you recon IGF with Bac Water it will last only 5 to 7 days. The AA stings almost like a bee sting when it goes in first time. Ok, maybe second time too. LOL I just got used to it. Some people like to draw some Bac Water into the syringe before they pin. It's supposed to lessen the sting. Heck, it's just a sting its only uncomfortable for a little while.
