if you have to ask a question like that. you really shouldnt be using it at all. so make sure you do a good few months of research, before you start using.

so anybody think im ready?
Im planning to start with 3ius then work my way up by time, so 10g carbs per an iu which means i need 30g carb intake for 3ius
PWO/POST INJECTION , 30g carbs and 40 to 50g protein
I ll check the sides , if any sign of hypo ill have some more carb intake or im actually thinking to buy glucose tablets ...
and ill have my pwo meal within 45mins to 1 hour 20mins
ive hear drinking orange juicy is good post injection or first meal after injectionLast edited by thai-lan; 09-23-2009 at 02:42 AM.

well youll know when you start getting low sugar. you get a cold sweat, you just start to feel odd, and then youll start to get distorted vision. any of these signs, and you better start chugging the OJ, or gatorade pronto.
at 3iu you shouldnt be experiencing any of this. any normal meal, should contain enough carbs to keep your sugars normal. but once you get up around the 8-10iu mark, you really need to be on top of that diet. personally i shoot for 20g carbs, per iu of slin. just to be safe.
