At 2iu's/day you should just shoot it all in the morning. That way you probably won't affect your nightly pulse.

Only after 4iu's/day did I start to split it up.

Your nightly pulse of GH will come during your first REM sleep. If you go to bed at 11pm the GH pulse will probably come between 12 and 2. I like to take my afternoon dose right at about 4pm to 5pm. I don't get home until 6pm so there's at least an hour before I have some carbs. It won't kill you to eat carbs after your HGH shot but if you do that too often you could end up a Type II diabetic. You don't want that so just time your second shot at least and hour before/after your carb intake.

Yes, you can do that but why put another substance into your body that could harm you? Metformin may affect your liver. If you have liver disease or heart disease in your history metformin could be harmful to your overall health. Lactic acidosis is a life threatening condition whose onset can occur while on metformin. Just time your carb intake +/- 1 hour from HGH shot. It's a healthier solution I think.
