    Smile Starting IGF-1LR3 for first time. Few QUESTIONS

    Hey guys
    Im going to be starting IGF-1 LR3 for the first time.
    I have 10 vials x 100mcg each. and i plan on shooting 40mcg a day

    My questions are:

    1. Say if im training chest, i have heard that you inject 20mcg into say the right pec before working out and 20mcg into the left after you workout. Or 20mcg in each pec after?

    2. On non training days, where do i inject?

    3. Should i use on non training days?

    4. Is 40mcg enough?

    5. Is a 30cc 1/2 slin pin fine for injection?

    40mcg is fine or you could bump it up to 60mcg...shooting igf sub q is fine.

    60 mcg is the minimum.
    Im could be better than sc.

    The IGF-lr3 lives longer in the body than IGF-1. It's in the body for over 24 hours. The IGF receptors are in your muscles and intestines. If you inject subq the IGF tends to float until it finds IGF receptors. It will get to the muscles but it will also make it to your intestines. You should pin IGF directly into the muscles you just worked immediately. There has been studies that show pinning IGF 5 minutes PWO has a greater benefit than pinning 60 minutes PWO.

    For dosage? I pin 50mcg on training days only. I'm very careful to grow only muscles and not my intestines. You can pin 50% bilaterally into each muscle. But you really don't have to. Just pin the other side the next time you work chest.

    Is there a benefit of pinning both?
    is there a significant difference between 50mcg and 40mcg?

    I think you'll notice a greater difference based on how hard you're working your muscles over a 10mcg difference. I've always done 50mcg I've gotten really good results there.
