    mixing and storage of peptides

when mixing a peptide with bactereostatic water, are they to be kept in the freezer after mixing? ive never done this before and could use some advice. I have them in the freezer unmixed at the moment.

so im assuming for mixing just inject bacteroeostatic water into the vial and shake it? ive heard you have to give it a day to let it settle, is this true? I have fragment 176 191, 5 5mg vials.

I'd never shake the vials, just roll them between you fingers for a minute. Shaking might damage the peptide. They should dissolve pretty easy.
