If you want to grow muscles you should be at least 6iu/ed and most likely 8iu/ed. If you buy 25 vials it'll last you 25 days. You should see fat loss in about 7 to 8 weeks. HGH is a VERY expensive way to gain muscles and lose fat. Diet is much better at losing fat and AAS is much better at gaining muscles.
For ligament injury? I've been on 5iu/ed for a year. I heal faster. Don't know about ligaments. I've read "yes" but I've never injured ligament so have no comment. Have injured cartilage and not much help.

You need more GH plain and simple.. to do ANYTHING with it.. minimum for any noticeable results.. 4iu's of GOOD GH.. that's about the dose for minimal fat loss results to start.. and it's not an overnight process..
Like someone else said.. FAT LOSS is better with a diet, and Muscle building is QUICKER on AAS !! But, THE RESULTS from GH are permanent.. unlike those from AAS.. so you gotta choose what is more important.. slow permanent results that ARE NOT going to come cheap.. or fast, big results that CAN diminish if you don't keep up on them ... I.E.- Cruising !!

at 18 you want to stay away from both AAS and GH. You're too young. Your endocrine system won't even mature for almost 10 years. Putting synthetic HGH or AAS could mess you up down the road. Look in the diet section and training section. Look into eating supplements like creatin and glutamin. Maximize your natural potential before you start looking at help from AAS or HGH. Sorry man, no short cuts.
