    opinions from the HGH experienced.....

    As most of you know - i've started 4iu's ED. I've been doing 7 days on for almost 3 weeks now. I started off doing 2iu's around 7am and 2iu's around 3pm.

    Here's the thing.... i've been reading a TON of different protocols regarding time of injection..... how much to use..... etc. Here's what I've found so far.....

    - Splitting up the dosage yields better results because it provides a more constant level of GH in the blood throughout the day.

    - Doing all of your GH in the morning is better because it fights catobolism 1st thing in the morning.

    - Doing all your GH post workout is better for gaining muscle mass.

    I can see the argument for each of those..... I'm just a bit lost on which to go with. My main goal is gaining lean mass.....

    Now regarding dosages.... I plan on going up to 8-10iu's/day. If it's better to inject post workout..... would 8iu's be too much at one time?

    Just looking for some experience here..... particularly from those who are using GH for mass also..... whats your protocol and how do you feel it's working for you?

    Do all 3 bro.. 9iu's per day.. 1 shot of 3iu in the AM, 1 shot 4 hours later of 3iu's and 1 shot Immediately following your workout... **Pssst -- START IMPLEMENTING GHRP-2 !!!** That way bro.. not only will the results be more profound, it will start the GH PULSE instead of WAITING for it to occur.. PLUS... It's cheaper to run per day than a CUP of COFFEE every morning.. I mean SERIOUSLY You can not go wrong.. 300mcgs per day. 100mcgs 15min before each 3iu's of GH...

    DO IT !!


    And add some IGF also !!!

    well..... I can get away with 2 injections per day but not 3. I'm in the medical field and I NEVER have a set schedual..... i'm usually almost always able to do one injection at 6-7am.

    Here's my next question..... If I can do one injection at 7am.... and I workout at 4pm..... should I do my 2nd injection PWO? So maybe something like this.....

    7am - 100mcg's GHRP-2
    7:15am - 4iu's GH

    5:30pm - 100mcg's GHRP-2
    5:45pm - 4iu's GH

    Regarding the IGF..... Are you talking about rhIgf-1 or LR3 IGF-1?
