GH bloating
Hey guys, recently signed up on here after a LONG time of looking around!
But anyways, sorry if this may be a dumb question but I have been looking around and havn't been able to find the answer to my question.
How do you go around to negate the bloating effects from GH?

Ramping up slowly also helps with bloating.

I've been on HGH for 13 months now. Never got bloated. I started at 3iu for 10 days, then went to 4iu for 10 days, and finally up to 5iu. I get bloated when I eat beans.

i started HGH over a year ago, doing 2iu/day... then bumping up to 4iu.
at that time, i found out my blood glucose was getting too high, due to the fact that i am over 50 and had a very poor diet. i had considered using HGH before, which is what brought me to this site at that time.
anyway, i started HGH and cut out excess sugar / tightened up my diet, which resulted in over 30 lbs. of fat loss over a few months.
then, i went on a relatively light cycle (test, deca , hgh)... greatly increased my caloric intake with lots of protein and lots of fats for energy and safer carbs (for me), like sweet potatoes (which is MUCH lower on the glycemic index than real potatoes, white rice, etc., which is not good for me due to my insulin resistance).
i pumped a little iron and gained 20 - 25 lbs. back and am in much better shape now... all done while taking HGH daily.
i believe that HGH increases my metabolism and helps burn off the fat.
i think the vets have hit the nail on the head in this thread... ANY bloating would most likely be a result of your diet. i've NEVER experienced bloat with HGH.
ps - i am not bad-ass or ripped... but i can see how to get there from here, even at 51. i've always done labor (commercial fish, oilfield construction, etc.) and have not gotten to the end of the trail yet. you can find more of what you need to know right here, imo and i am better/stronger/healthier because of what i've learned here.

JimInAK thanks for the input that was very helpful bro!
And yes I could imagine the bloating from carbs, I do a modified Anabolic Diet and keep carbs just for the weekends so I'm assuming since pretty much no carbs and low sodium should keep bloat away (if were to end up getting it).
And thank you for the input bro.
