    New HGH user.

    Hey guys i'm new to the site and am looking for any additional info or tips.

    First off I am 29 years old 6'2 and 280lbs.

    I have used aas before just a few cycles of test dbol and tren , as well as a test d bol and deca cycle in the past. I got good results but still have struggled with losing body fat. A buddy of mine has been taking Kefei hgh for about 6 months now and has really leaned up and gained some quality looking muscle. I have now decided to give it a try and have 3 kefei kits on hand.

    This is how I plan on cycleing it please tell me if you agree with this or can help in any way.

    week 1 - mon wed fri 2iu
    week 2-5 - mon - fri 2iu ed
    week 6-10 - 3iu mon - fri ( spit shots 2 per day 1.5 iu ea )
    week 10 on - 4iu mon - fri ( split shots 2 per day 2iu ea)

    I plan on following this for 6 months at least, how does this look or is there anything that I shoud change.

    Curiously, what's your body fat?

    I think you could ramp up a little bit faster than that, as long as you can deal with the sides.

    Are you just after fat loss benefits from HGH?

    Do you plan on doing any AAS cycles with the HGH?

    body fat is around 20% and right now I dont plan on adding aas but I do plan on throwing in some test later on through the cycle.

    I consider test to be an AAS.

    Anyway, at your age, I don't know how much good 4ius/day will do you. Maybe some minor fat loss. I'd shoot for at least 6iu/day.

    If you're interested in adding muscle, you'll have to up that HGH dose when you introduce test.

    I consider test as a aas as well I just meant i was not going to throw it in until later into the cycle.
    So I do want muscle gain as well so what would you think i should do to work up to 6iu per day like by what week should i be at 6? Also have you had any success with gh and what kind of sides have you experienced.

    At 6IU/day would you likely run a risk of sore joints? I've seen several mention that, but I'm still learning. And would that risk increase if you were older (in my case 45)?

    Ok so I have revised it a bit and I talked to my buddy and he takes 6iu ed as well and got good fat loss and muscle gain without any other aas. so here is what i'm thinking.

    week 1 - mon, we, fri 2iu ( just to introduce it to my system and not go too overboard too quick)
    wee 2,3 2iu mon-fri
    week 4 and 5 3 iu mon-fri
    week 6 -8 4 iu mon - fri
    week 9-10 5iu mon -fri
    week 11 and on 6 iu mon -fri

    how does that look?

    also i plan on starting in 2 weeks as I am going away so when I get back i will post pics and a bit of a journal to track my progress and sides if anyone is curious.

    Actually, the older you are, the more likely that you can benefit from HGH and tolerate the sides. Your natural production of HGH gets lower with age.

    I did 4iu/day (2 shots daily) and lost over twenty pounds of fat over a four month period. It wasn't magic, but with a good diet it works. I believe it boosts my 50+ year old metabolism significantly.

    If your sides are uncomfortable, you will get relief by reducing the dose. Overall, HGH (for me) is not harsh or difficult to deal with.

    sounds good. I'd be interested in your log.

    I think you can start off at 2ius Mon-Fri for the first week.
