My first HGH cycle log!
Well here we go. 29 years old 286lbs using hgh for the first time more or less to assist in weight loss and to add quality muscle.
My training and diet are following the principles of the body for life plan. Literally the best full body workout I have ever done.
So I just completed week 1 of 2iu per day
weight 274lbs - crazy weight loss for one week but also drastic change in diet dont think it has anything to do with hgh yet.
slept like a baby since my first shot but feel quite drowsy mid afternoon.
had a little numbness in my right hand on day 3 but nothing since then.
One more week of 2 iu then bumping it up to 3.
Crazy sex with my gf today as well I felt like a machine but again dont know if it's hgh yet or maybe I am actually a machine in the sack

as long as i can afford to lol but for now I got 3 kits so around 6 months

Just a quick mid week update, lost one more pound so down to 273 lbs but had a weird side today. This is the first time that for some reason I forgot to take my shot in the morning so I took it at 2 this afternoon and immediatly after for about an hour i felt extremly dizzy and nautious. Has anyone else experienced this?

No gear yet, after 3 months I will be staring t400 and tren .
diet is clean except when I celebrated Canada's win I fell off the wagon. And my training is the body for life routine everyother day full body type thing.for now.
As a side note I have not experienced that again.

Week 2 update
bw 273lbs
wake up everymorning even if it's 5 am feeling great and ready to start my day.
some joint pain in my left shoulder but it goes away and then comes back an few times a day.
No other sides as of yet.
going up to 3iu this week.
not gonna talk about bench press and stuff but puch ups went from 57 last week to 68 this week. could be cause of my weight loss as well you know lighter bw to push.
i'll keep you posted.

planin on gettin to 5iu.
Quick update, at 3 iu right now and already starting to see my body transform my chest and shoulders are starting to look leaner.
A couple headaches but no other sides to speak of yet.
Also bw staying at 273lbs for now.

Been very busy the past 2 weeks but am up to 4iu. so here is my update. I am a fool for chicken wings and have found myself cheating 3 times in the past 2 weeks with chicken wings and not following my diet too strictly. However my BW is now 270lbs so I have lost another 3 pounds and my shoulders are starting to look very big and I think I have an ab or two lol.
Still got a long way to go and will be bumping up to 5 iu next week. My initial plan was to start T400 and tren this week but I ran into some issues with getting it. However I did manage to get my hands on about 2 months worth of Var so i am starting that next week when I bump up tp 5iu. I am hoping the Var will help me lean up even more and continue to pack on some quality muscle.
Anyone else seen decents results with the H and Var combo?

I was always under the impression you would get better results running some test with the GH.
