With slin only you have to be real careful or you can get fat.

I believe keeping gains from any cycle whether it be AAS, HGH, or slin is primarily dependent on your diet and genetics. When you're done with your cycle your body will try to get back to it's natural state of equilibrium. You'll lose some gains but if you eat clean you'll keep more of your gains.

Expect a lengthy process if you are after muscle gains from insulin only. In my experience, insulin gains are quite hard to notice visually, as a matter of fact I didn't feel much either. However this doesn't mean I am not benefiting from it. Some gains such as recovery are at times difficult to notice so don't let that fool you.

Nobody can tell you that it's safe/unsafe to use insulin for longer than 4 weeks simply because not enough study has been put into this subject so nobody really knows, therefore they can only speak from experience. Speaking of experience, I can tell you that I have ran insulin for longer than 4 weeks without any problems, but this doesn't mean you will react the same way.

The 4 week on/off theory is only a recommended guideline which has worked with great success in the past delivering minimum side effects and satisfactory gains. This is why you will quite often hear about the "4 week on/off protocol", not because it's unsafe to use insulin for longer than 4 weeks in a row because as I said, nobody knows how long is safe/unsafe to use insulin for.

    Best of luck.
