new to IGF... already using GH... few questions for the vets?

    hi

i plan to use 100mcg igf1 per... but split doses

40mcg bilaterally IM pre workout, and 20mcg SubQ in the am upon rising?

Im also using HGH in the morning upon rising

Can i jab both the HGH and IGF at the same time, or do i need to wait between the 2, maybe IGF 30 mins later? or if together can i mix in same shot?

and with taking IGF in the morning, will i need to avoids fats after the shot, since it acts in similar fashion to insulin ?

    thanks

Are you planning on using IGF-1 or IGF-lr3? IGF should be administered PWO bilaterally into the worked muscles. The workout upgrades the IGF receptors.

    ill be using IGF LR3

ill use it 20mcg in the AM and then 40mcg bilaterally IM into the muscle to be worked out... so 80mcg pre workout, 20mcg in the AM... for a total of 100mcg per day?

for my last cycle of igf lr3 i injected 100mcgs a day IM bilaterally. i did this post workout for muscles that were focused on the most in training.

because the igf interacts with the igf receptors in your body, IM injection will make the most efficient use of the injection.

incorporating the morning shots and sub q shots sounds a bit more complicated than necessary. however, on non workout days it is a good idea to administer injection upon rising.

this all worked pretty well for me.

ok on non workout days ill do in the AM...

can i mix the HGH & IGF1 LR3 in the same application, or two separate apps?

do i need to avoid fats with IGFLR3?

you can successfully use hgh and igf in the same cycle. i don't know the specifics on dosages.

i didn't avoid fats too much during my cycle and did not gain much fat mass. obviously you will get much leaner gains if you avoid fat intake as much as possible during the injection cycle.

i also avoid fats for 2 hours prior to, and for 4 hours after my slin shot, so that way i will be doing the same for igf...

    yes insulin as welll

but upon further discussion i will be doing,

HGH first thing in the am

    then the IGF pre workout

    then Insulin post workout...

this way is probably gonna work best for me, as i was upping my insulin dose considerably, to 20iu...

i cant imagine being able to keep 200grams of simple carbs down during a leg or back workout.... so this works out alot better for me...

sounds good. something that seemed to help me out a bit too was taking a small snack of carbs to eat half way through the work out.

during my workout i will sip on the following

diluted in 2 litres of water
    20grams bcaa
    10grams eaa
    10grams creatine mom
    10grams glutamine
    2 scoops gatorade (no frustose)
    50 grams dextrose

with the preworkout IGF - How long before my workout would u suggest using it IM ?

how long does it take, for the IGF to take effect, and how long does it last for?

even the igf-lr3 does not stay in your system for long at all, maybe 6 minutes. if your going to inject pre work out, keep in mind that specific muscle will become a bit sore.

i used aa to reconstitute and bw to delute. it felt like a wasp sting. i would imagine that you will experience a significant amount of pump and hardness in the injection site.

since the igf will be active close to the time of injection, in your case i would inject literally right before i work out. this is when the receptors in your body will most efficiently make use of the injected igf.

when i was on my last cycle i would preload my pins and put them in my glasses case. right after training i would go into the bathroom and inject right there (make sure you're being sterile and using alcohol pads).

    awesome thanks for the info

yes my trainer, has told me that the pumps are crazy!

will standard slin pins be long enough for IM shots?

im pretty lean at this stage, sub 5%

1/2" or 5/8" insulin pins will work just fine. more people use 1/2"
