    How does it raise your IGF higher on empty stomach? You do not take it orally so I don't understand how this could be logical. Yes we prescribe 2iu for anti-aging.

    For those of you who take it PWO... How do you handle your PWO nutrition? if you arent supposed to eat an hr before and after what do you do about your pwo shakes and such?
