    There is no safe protocol of insulin use so nobody can tell you it's safe to use "x" on "x" off, however I don't think you will have any problems running it that way just try not use it for too long.

    I recommend X months in, X months off. So it will be 4/4.
    Body requires lot of time to get back to normal levels.
