    HGH fat burning

    In your opinion,

How long does it take HGH to starting melting the fat off..

I am currently on 4iu's for about a month

Starting this week I am goin to split hgh(canadian co) 2iu am
and pm will be 2iu Omni from doc....

Only reason splitting diff HGH's is because of cost...(keep it lowr)

So far have only felt sleeping better as side effect....
lost couple lbs....diet is on point for most part

I was on somatropin years ago and couldnt keep the weight on..lol..but i forgot how long it took.....

HGH by itself will do some weight reduction. If you want good results you should eat a carb rotation diet and do cardio. I'm 50 and I got a 6 pack in 7 weeks.

You can look it up in the diet section. You eat no carb one day, low carb the second, and high card the third. By fooling your body by cycling the carbs your body convert less carb into adipose tissue and thus giving you a leaner look. I've done it with good results.

slingshot training is awesome. I rotate workout routines about every 3 months. I do strength, plyo, speed, MMA, I body reacts much better to cross training. I can keep leaner and maintain my strength.
