Confused more and more as to how many units re: dosing for weight loss

Some say .5 units--some say much more--and some say multiple doses-----to lose the fat--so--I would love clarity on this--I am cardio on my bike a lot and walk a lot too with my dog and do hand weights---and I have cut out sugar for 9 months now--and want to shed some pounds--I am already big enough since I have always been athletic before it was fashionable! I am solid and strong and need to be more light and feminine! so---please any advice--as to dosing amounts as to units and time of day--and any tips which have worked for you to take off the pounds!!! -thanks

Women tend to react much quicker to HGH then men. Start with .5i/ed in the morning as soon as you wake up before you eat. Stay there for 10 days to 2 weeks and make sure you don't get any side effects like tightness or pain in the hands. Increase your dosage to 1iu/ed and stay there for 10 days to 2 weeks. Move up like that until you feel side effects. If you feel sides, decrease your dosage by .5/iu and stay there. If you can afford it, take it everyday instead of 5 on and 2 off regement.
