    help with gh

    was going to take aas but people on the forum said i had to lose some bf first have now did that went from 17 to 15 % but got a chance of a years worth of gh if i run at 4iu a day hope to lean out a bit more as well as add more muscle suggestions on best way 2 take thanks

    Lose as much BF as you can naturally before using anything. Why not take advantage of what you can achieve naturally, it's free . Then when you get stuck you can throw in something such as HGH into play. Personally, I wouldn't turn to HGH for fat loss, it's rather an expensive way to shed fat, there are other better alternatives which are much cheaper and just as effective.

    If you are after muscle mass I suggest you combine HGH with AAS, this is your best option, but you will more than likely need more than 4IU daily for muscle gains.

    As gear said loose as much as you can naturally then add other compounds to help you reach your goal.

    Good advice I agree completely. Once you start HGH go slow. Start with 2iu/ed or 3iu/ed for a while. Make sure you don't have sides. Then increase slowly.

    thanks again how much a day for best results it was said previous that 4iu a day probably isnt enough

    As stated, start on 2 units daily then increase the dose slowly by how you feel. Don't increase the dose by anymore than 1IU at a time.
