    HGH cycle - Injected - Technical question

    I have a technical question for the pro's;

    I was recommended from Grace's(jiu-jitsu master) physician to inject the HGH in the morning - fasting, 45 minutes after the injection - eat a small portion of carbs and protein.

    Now, I've been hearing a lot from other sources, recommending splitting up the dosage to make it more effective, morning and post work-out.

    What do you guys do and have you tried both methods with different results?

    Thank you for your time! Greatly appreciate any clarification on the subject.

    There are so many answers to this question. For your own knowledge you may want to hit the search button for awhile and just read. That being said it depends on the iu's your using whether you should split or not.

    I've been on HGH for over a year and a half. I used to split my dosage 2.5iu in the am and 2.5iu in the pm. I wanted to see if I could take 5iu all in the morning. I've been doing it for about 4 months and I'm still getting good results. I don't have sides and it's a lot more convenient.

    Thank you for the input.

    I searched, if I understood correctly, there is no difference other than, take it in the morning if you're under 30, and split up if you're older than 30, can anyone confirm this?

    Also this is the first time I'm reading about hgh stacked with insulin .

    What would be the recommended time to inject the insulin? Same as the hgh?

    I can't comment on insulin , i've never used it. I don't think I've ever heard of split doage for under 30 and split dosage for over 30? I'm 50 and I don't split dosage. It seems to work for me.
