There are many ways such as exercising and particular diets which all effect IGF levels, however the extent of naturally risen levels is nowhere near like the effect one can achieve by injecting synthetically produced compounds such as HGH. Perhaps trying to rise your IGF naturally over an extended period of time would make a difference but this would certainly be a lengthy process.

Does dextrose in PWO increase IGF-1 or just insulin ?
Anymore insights would be great.
