What is the longest period of time you have used HGH

I know that people have done continious cycles at 2-4iu for over 3 year...
First of all I want to know whats the safest amount of time to take HGH without having time off. (eg. How many month years is it safe to take for none stop for 5 days on two days off).
Secondly, whats the longest period of time you have used it for without stopping? (any side effect?)
Thirdly is there different time scales for how long you can use HGH depending on the type/brand?

    Thanks

I have a bad pituitary and have a doctor's prescription for HGH also. I had a hard time getting it because I'm not three feet tall. But it's been years now, your IGF levels have to be monitored to adjust a healthy dose.

I ran it for 5 years, took an unplanned break and have been back on it now for almost a year, can't think of any reason to stop. At 3.3 iu's daily, sometimes a little extra in afternoon to facilitate a better pump I'm very happy.

I've been taking HGH for almost 2 years. I see no reason to quit. It seems to be quite beneficial for those of us over 50.

    time on HGH

started in 1998, but was 5/2 and 3months on 1 off, since 2004 have been 7/365 with only a few breaks for long trips. know a few others in my age range (mid 50's to 60's) for more then 10 years...but these are replacement doses with IGF-1 levels around 300-350 max...not BB levels...

    pura vida amigo

Wow! You must be an hgh pioneer. How has your body responded to such long term treatment?

Do you feel and look like you have had less aging than what would have occured without hgh?

Hard to be objective, but i will say this my dad died at 57 (my age now) i have been told by many people where I live in Central America that i look mid late 40's. my GF is 25 and i have no issues keeping up with her (now a 35 YO might be an issue)... i think i am in very good condition, but i also run, swim, lift, and keep and eye on my blood at least every 60 days, recent bone density tests showed mine as a late 20's person however vision now starting to deteriorate and hair is thining....i know guys on the stuff longer then me...

Thanks for that honest answer. Any blood sugar issues?

On the whole it sounds as if you are doing fantastic. Do you use testosterone as part of your HRT also?

well over the years it has started to creep up but still around 85-90 fasting level, i would like to see if back at 75-80, so am contemplating using metformin or maybe insulin in a year.

yes i have been using test cream10% for some time, but am going to try using am injectable. i find the cream causes me some skin irritation and some days i just forget with so many things to do, vitamins, HGH inj, exercise, etc, but i can hold about 1000 total and 27-30 free using it.

    Great thanks.

It is awesome to get feedback from someone who has been doing these things for such a long time. Obviously you have not developed a huge jaw or are growing tumors as some would like us to believe.
