    dosing protocol for women in her 50s for 1.5iu?

    My mother is currently running 1iu daily, and she is going to bump it up to 1.5 iu and stay there. Currently she takes 1iu in one shot in the morning, so how shall she dose 1.5 ius? One shot in the morning as well? or possible 1iu in the morning, 0.5iu in afternoon, or 1iu before bed, and 0.5iu when waking up?

    From what I have read: take the 1 iu in the early morning and then the .5 in the afternoon --- this way she will not interfere with her natural production during her sleep--and I am in my 50's and female so I will be interested to see if others agree with me--some members might ask what her goals are---so you might want to just go ahead and post her goals along with her stats too so you can get more specific help from seasoned members--also: if she is interested primarily in anti-aging some members might say to do before bed--but I have really looked at many post and it seems the consensus is to avoid dosing at bedtime if possible--

    I would do 1.5 first thing in the morning and not eat until about 2 hours later for best results.

    My mom seems comfortable taking one shot in the morning, so I suppose she will try 1.5iu once in the morning till otherwise she isn't comfortable and split it. However when the effects of feeling good begin to appear, is it constant throughout the day or only once the morning shot is active in her system? Regarding the not eating 2hrs later, why is that? does it have to be 2hrs, I thought it was around 30 mins.

    People's metabolism's different. Normally, it's an hour wait before eating carbs. Some go 30 min some go 2 hours to be really safe. It's not an exact science. I pin all 5iu/ed in the morning. Still getting good results.
