Gains versus Lean --- Is it the dosage that makes the difference?
After reading post where people want "gains" from HGH then how could it help get someone lean? this seems to be a contradiction. Is it the amount taken that makes the difference? I am confused and guessing the dosage amount is what determines whether or not someone gets leaner or someone gains----please explain if you can----thanks---

not an expert but it increases protein synthesis, n you wont put on any fat at all it would just be gaining muscle while losing fat

Good question.
Myself been searching looking for the relationship between Gain and HGH dosage. My search was not conslusive?!
Doesnt seem to be clear if you in in 2iu, 4iu, 6iu ... you will put muscle or just loose fat?!

most say you have to use 6iu or up to see muscle growth.
I've done 5iu a day and was lean as hell

My understanding is this.....
HGH helps with fatloss however..... it creates new muscle cells. I would imagine that it would do this at any dosage..... however it may not be noticable with less than 6iu's per day. The combo of HGH and aas is great because the HGH creates new cells..... and the aas grows those new cells.
They say fatloss effects are noticable from 2iu's+ - I would imagine the more you do..... the better the effects would be.
I'm running 8iu's and I'm seeing nice results. The muscle gain effects take A LONG time to see..... and I wouldn't run less than 8iu's for this purpose.
