I've been on 5iu/ed for about 2 years. Feel great. 5/2 is ok too. If you can afford it it's best to go everyday. Start with 2iu or 3iu and work your way up. Why are you planning to take HGH? Diet is the main reason most people lose their gains. If you want to lose fat there are other ways less expensive than HGH. What's your goal with HGH?

What is the reasoning behind 5/2 is it soley for saving money? I thought ED would actually be better because you wouldn't be confusing your system?

Yea I am confused is the only reason you do the 5 on and 2 off to save money? Are the extra two days of use a wast? Anyone figured this out?

To answer your questions, I was very disapointed with the loss after my test cycle. I am hoping that the gains I make on hgh will stick also I am looking forward to loosing fat and the healing ability.
I guess my diet has to be the prob. I have a really bad alergy to whey protein, I absolutly can not have any of the stuff or anything dairy.
This is my diet in a nutshell:
    6:30am
soy and egg white protein shake, 54gr

    7:30am
    1 cup of oatmeal
    1 banana

    9:00am
6 eggs, 2 whole and four or more whites (I use the egg whites in the carton)
    4oz ground turkey

    10:15am, preworkout snack
    1 chicken breast
    ½ apple
    beef protein shake, 23gr

    11:30-12:30
    weight training

    12:45pm
    beef protein shake 23gr
    1 can tuna
2 slices of whole wheat bread
2 tbs of light mirical whip
    pinch of relish
    ½ apple

    3:10pm
    1 chicken breast
    ½ cup of carrots
    1 red potato
    1 stalk of asparagus

    6:30pm
this meal varies, if I’m good which I am 90% of the time
    taco salad
    or
    salmon and egg omelet
    or
baked fish with brown rice and grilled asparagus

    desert
soy yogurt with flax seed, fresh blueberries, and fresh strawberries

    9:30, or just before bed
soy and egg white shake, 54gr

    What do yall think?
Thanks, hope I don't get beat up too bad.

Your diet look a bit lean on protein. How about Soy Protein? It's not as efficient as whey but it's still pretty good. 5/2 schedule is mostly of cost savings. If you can afford it it's best to stay on everyday. If you're 208 and 15% body fat you have about 170lbs or so or lean body mass. To build bulk it is recommended that you take 1g/lb of body weight to 1.5g/lb of body weight. I don't think your protein intake is enough. Also, I read a post by Big that basically said that your body will be most comfortable at it's natural state. In other words, let's say your body is naturally at 200lbs and you pack on 25lbs of muscles during cycle. Unless you eat to maintain the 25lbs of extra muscle your body will naturally go back to 200lbs since it's most comfortable there. Adjust your diet before you cycle again. It's really no use to cycle if you can keep any gains.

Hey thanks for the input, if you add up the protein it comes out to about 200gr in food and another 100gr in shakes. I weigh 208 now so that is about the 1.5 gr/lbs mark. And yea my body doesn't want to be this big thats the prob, when I started lifting I weighed 140lbs!!!! So I have gained about 70 lbs, and 95% of it is muscle. I was hoping that the hgh would kinda tell my body that its ok to put on more mass and keep it. I'm gonna stay on hgh for as long as possible, at least 3 months, but hopefully for a couple of years. Anything else about the diet you guys don't like?????
    Thanks

The manufacturers recommend ED. The 5/2 was originally implemented when HGH was very expensive.

For T4, start at 50 mcg and raise it to 100 mcg this depends on your tolerance. Preferably to be taken before bed time

    Good Luck

I talked to a good source on this and he said 5 on 2 is better.

Gh happens in pulsatile behaviour. You need some breaks as well to let your
    natural Gh do some work.
He also said something about doing it everyday can lead to diabetes.

Letting your pituitary rest so it can pulse regularly is not really science based. It sounds good though. The HGH's biggest pulses is during REM sleep. If you pin in the am just after you wake up your body has already made it's biggest pulse. Your pituitary doesn't need to take a break to recover. Time your injections and you can be on HGH everyday for a long time. As for being diabetic? HGH prevents or at least slows down the sugar processing of your body for about 30min to 60min after injection. If you eat carbs during that time your body will have a high concentration of sugar. You do this long enough there is a chance you'll develop type II diabetes. The chances are low but there is still a chance. Just pin right after you wake up. Take a shower right after or something like that and you'll be fine.

2ius is great to start with. I was doing 6 on 1 off and have recently bumped my dose up 1iu and switched to 5 on 1 off. I still feel numbness of the hands and other sides on the days I don't take it. Common sense says that the hgh is still in my system doing it's job. My igf levels are not going to plumet after not taking it for 1 day. I've been taking off either Sunday or Monday along with Thursday. I feel that it's working fine.

    Arrow HGH ed vs. 5/2

I know here i am a newbee but i have used HGH 5/2 3 months on 1 off, 7 /365 since 1998. I started with a pioneer named Chen who postulated that 5/2 would give your pit time to recover. Many thought it was subject to a feed back loop like test. Today the current thought and research seems to indicate at replacement doses (say to IGF-1 levels of 350), you can stay on it 365 and should not feel any side effects. I there is evidence to show that as you age using HGH it tends to rejuvenate your pituitary such that when i stop for a month due to travel schedule, my baseline IGF-1 has gone up each passing year. I have not stopped in more then 3 years (excpet for a 3 wks or a month on 3 occasions), but I have found that the chinese sources seem to have sides even at low dose, such as described here. hands falling asleep, sore joints or knuckles, etc. I have experienced those recently using chinese HGH and when i switched back to Saizen no more. I incorrectly thought it was from use Eq and var at the same time albeit low dose (var at 30mg day 8hrs, and 200 Eq/wk.

I have no experience above 3IU a day, but i have done maybe 4 AAS cycles, years ago Deca only, then Sus/Deca, then recently Var/Eq or Mast/Var. those are harder now for me due to cholesterol issues and liver. I am 57, 6'1", 198, with 8.8% bf. have been working out regularly since i was about 40, when i stared i was about 178 with 13% bf. Diet is good as i live in CR, so lots of fish, chicken, fresh veggies, fruits, and 1-2 protein shakes a day (muscle mass or Labrada). recently i found a new source in Panama for many interesting things, a compounding pharmacy making AA, HRT and AAS. All at great prices.

Not sure if it helps but my best advise is start slow and low and go up as your body lets you, should not have any issue until past 3-4Ius, and check your IGF-1 now and again.
