HGH with hard cardio
Im currently doing my first week of hard cardio 30 min when I wake up on empty stomach (avg heart rate 140-150) and again 20 min after 1 hr of weights (avg. heart rate 160-170). I am take 6IU ed for 4 weeks and 4IU for 4 weeks and alternate that every month. My question is with that hard of cardio will it hinder my muscle gains and cause me to lose muscle even though I am taking high doses of hgh???

I do hard cardio all the time and I haven't lost any muscle mass. I'm on 5iu/ed. I have a pretty good diet and supplementation. The diet + HGH should keep you from losing muscle mass.

As I've told you via PM, overdoing cardio can lead to muscle loss so be careful. Try it and see what happens. Just ensure you're consuming sufficient amounts of proper nutrients post training to secure a good recovery.

I should clarify my training routine. I'm not a BB. I train MMA athletes so I do a lot of plyometrics and cardio. My fitness goal is speed and power over size and strength. I try to remain as lean as I can so I can have the maximum muscle density for my weight class. I'm 50 so this is a challenge. My main gear that I use is HGH at 5iu/ed. I've been able to maintain my muscle mass as well as maintain my fat level with diet and HGH. If you are looking to put on bulk I don't recommend high cardio workout. It's tough to keep mass if you work carsio/plyo too hard.
