Do you absolutely have to refrigerate HGH?

Do you absolutely have to refrigerate HGH after reconstituting? Some places say that you do, I've also read labels that say to store between ~56-86f. I live with another bro and don't 100% trust that he won't get into my gear when kept in the community refrigerator. Any suggestions? (not get another small refrigerator for your room)

HGH degrades quickly. It is an unstable molecule. The warmer it is, the faster it degrades.

Any idea how long you would have before it degrades if left at room temp (80f)?

Definitely keep refrigerated!

Like TR has stated...unless you want to lose it....or if you are taking mega doses...you could probably get away with it! :biggrin:

I wouldn't, not at that temperature. GH is expensive, why not protect your investment?

Or you could reconstitute only what you need for that day, more work, but protects your investment.

You could try a small cooler or a good lunch kit. Buy 2 gel bags, freeze them and alternate each day.

I like this idea, I don't have anything against refrigerating gh, it's just that I don't want to run a risk of anyone messing with my gear (in the public/house refrigerator). I don't think that would happen but you know it's an expensive investment, I'm probably being paranoid.
