    HGH Newbie

    Hey Brothers

    I asked this questions somewhere else but no one answered so I was wondering maybe if I make a thread for it I'll get more here. I'm a new to using and I got this HGH called Bio-Tropin. Have you heard of it? Also I'm currently mixing what they provide with the powder and using the insluin syring and taking about 20-35 day after day. Is there anything I should do to improve this. Like add less liquid or add something like test or deca ? Also I heard its best to take it in the morning and some people say at night. Which is better? I'm on offseason right now and trying to put on some real mass before I do a show next year. I'm a new guy to using HGH so any info would help.

    hgh by it's self is not really good for bulking.

    I agree and it would be helpful to provide stats to get good, solid information.

    Benefit from HGH is greater for those of us who are older. I am over 50 and use 2iu/day, every day. When I decided to bulk, I did a beginner's cycle of test and deca and gained almost 25 lbs.

    I think the HGH has helped me retain my gains and is helpful for me to maintain my overall health. I'm considering another AAS cycle and will take 4iu (2iu, twice daily), if and when I begin my second cycle. The only reason I don't take more HGH is because of the cost.

    You'll get more raw gains from test and deca. That may or may not be benefit for you, depending on your situation. You'll get better suggestions by providing more information.

    Sorry guys and thanks for the help like I said I'm a little new.

    Age:25
    Height: 5'10
    BF: 15%
    weight:200

    My goal is to gain some real clean mass. I would like to get back on track with my diet since I gained alot of bodyfat (had a little fun with the food but still workingout). I wanna gain as much mass as I can because I wanna do a show next year. Here is what diet looks like:

    First meal:
    1 cup of oats and a banana
    8 egg whites

    2nd meal:
    8 oz chicken breast
    1.5 cup of white rice

    3d meal:
    Same as 2nd

    4th mean:
    same as second

    5th meal: Preworkout
    Salad and 8 eggs

    6th mealost workout
    8oz potato and 8 eggs

    Its a little boring but i'm a college student.Also before I began taking the growth I took some sustanon and deca . Should I start taking insulin with the GH or what? What the best for gaining lean mass and staying lean (8% to 10%)

    The diet needs some work but it's not too bad.

    So.....your also on a sust deca cycle now or your done???????

    Don't mess with insulin now, that's for more advanced cycles, you don't need that yet.

    Your stats are very similar to mine, hgh will help you burn fat mostly. It takes higher doses and a long term comitment to get mass out of it.

    I'm still learning about it myself.

    At your age and goals, I'd stay away from HGH. Won't do you much good in the short run of getting lean mass during your off season. AAS is much faster and cheaper in attaining your lean mass goal. What's your cycle history?

    Hey gguys,

    No sorry in my diet I meant 8 egg whites not whole eggs. Also I wouldn't say I ran a whole cycle of deca and sus just took them for like 2 or 3 weeks day after day. As for the GH I have enough for a while. Like 2 years. I bought ALOT!

    Since you guys are saying GH wont help right now or at my age. What cycle should I run. Whats AAS?

    Is 25 too young for gh? I guess your natural levels are still prob high.

    Have you ever had a blood test done?

    AAS = anabolic androgenic steroid

    Yea I bought a shitload. I can put it aside though or sell it. I just wanna know what cycle should I take?
