I've taken 10 eod, didn't like it 3-4 years ago, but recently due to some hgh blood testing I was doing I took 10 iu's 3 mornings in a row and wow was my metabolism on overdrive, that and my fingers were so swollen I could hardly make a fist.

yes im leaning towards 5iu upon rising...
anyone have anythoughts on splitting that dose up, so 2.5iu upon rising (7am) and then again at lunch (1pm or 2pm) ?

I used to split my dose am/pm for about a year and a half. It was too inconvenient and I was missing my second shot many of the times. So I decided to try 5iu all in the am. I can't tell the difference. I'm still getting good results.
