Shoulder surgery while on HGH...should I drop doses down?
Im in the midst of my first run with HGH, im about 8 wks into it. I started at 2iu's and im now up to 4ius a day split into 2 iu dosages.
Im about to go in for rotater cuff surgery on friday. I will not be able to lift upper body for at least 2 months according to the doctor, and thats if he doesnt find anything worse once he's in there for the surgery.
Im going to try to maximize this time off as much as I can by focusing on legs and cardio once im able. I plan on hitting legs 2x a week, and cardio at least 3days a wk if all goes well.
My original plan was to ramp my way up to 5 ius a day and stay there for the remainder of the cycle, going to stay on a year. Should I continue to ramp up to the 5ius while recovering, should I stay at 4, or should I drop down a bit until im back in the gym full force?
As much as this costs, I dont want to waste it with higher dosages if its not helping in my situation.
Any thoughts would be appreciated.
