    How to take hgh yellow top and igf lr3 first time

    I currently have been using yellow tops from edit for the last 4 months and i would like to throw igf in. How does this work, as in how much do you take, the hole 9. Im taking 3 ius of hgh 5/2 off. I am clueless about the the igf and dosaging and diet needed. If anyone has the time to go thru htis with me or has a good thread i would really appreciate it.

    really? no one can give me advice, ive used this board many times and have had a lot of good advice from pple i dont wanna go to another board...

    what are your stats? ht, wt, age, bf, etc.
