How much T4?

Have years of AS cylces,2nd blast of Hgh
Im just asking for opnions of what highest mcgs of t4 i should take?I will be taking yellow top hgh for the next 6 months but im doing a 4 week blast of hgh,AS,slin.Then im tapering down the dosages,Ive started 8ius a day of hgh plus PWO of slin.Im not trying to get dramatic results from the t4 im just trying to keep my thyroid in check.I have the 75mcg synthroid and ive bridge 35mcg every two days and im thinking about plateauing or highest mcg at 150mcg and stay there.Is that too low?Or is it just high enough too keep my thyroid in check?Any advise or comments would be much appreciated.

I dont know the specific answer but I know most people seem to take 50mcg or 100mcg per day. I am in the processing of getting some T4 and plan to do 100mcg/day myself. I will be taking max 5iu/day 7days a week though and not on AAS though, so not sure if you might need more?
