    Doesn't make sense

I have seen a lot of recommendations to taking hgh on an empty stomach then waiting an hour to eat to avoid the insulin spike. The insulin spike is greatest at an hour after eating food, so does injecting hgh 2 hours before the spike somehow get around that? Is the process hgh goes through to igf done by 2 hours?

The thing with HGH is that it slows down the absorption of sugar. If you eat carbs right after you take HGH your blood sugar level goes up. If this cycle repeats enough times you could develop Type II diabetes. You can eat proteins. I take my HGH, tank down a protein shake and go workout. There's no need to fast after HGH. Just eat a yogurt, glass of milk, protein shake, etc. after the HGH shot.

Ahhh see I thought that insulin blocked the absorption or manipulation of hgh somehow. I guess I misunderstood whatever I read.
