    IGF-1 LR3 sub-q postworkout

Just a few questions I've got here.

    1. So my understanding is most people prefer to shoot igf-1 quickly postworkout into the muscle that was worked because it is more receptive at that time. But if LR3 is long acting (30hrs) why would you even need to pin intramuscular? It's going to float around the entire body and attach to whatever is most receptive. And if you just trained a muscle it's going to be receptive and undergoing changes for longer than 30hrs anyways, so in theory couldn't you just pin subq and get the same effect as intramuscular?

Sry for the mess, I'm typign on my phone

People do shoot lr3 sub-q. I've take the lr3 regiment of pinning smaller dosage IM bilaterally PWO. The theory is that with smaller doses IM into the muscles PWO, most of the lr3 will bind with the IGF receptors in the worked muscles before it starts to circulate throughout the body. Thus more lr3 stays in the muscles.
