HGH shot?

After taking our HGH shot early morning, do we go staright back to bed or have something to eat and then go back to bed?

i sleep 4hrs, get up and shoot and go sleep another 4hrs, the general consensus is that you shouldnt eat carbs within one hour of injecting, as the insulin release conflicts the gh. i pref not to eat anything to be safe and get full effect from the gh

I like to set my alarm an hour before I actually have to get up, then have my shot and go back to bed. The longer you sleep, the more natural gh you release before your shot.

i think natural gh is released in the 1st few hours of sleep

How do you inject your HGH, standing up or down?

I remember seeing a graph which had the pulses of gh through the night. It stated that there were several pulses during the night, each more pronounced than the last. I'll see if I can dig it up.

I am wondering if it is ok to inject very first thing in the morning after stubbling out of bed...then by the time the shower and other AM stuff is done, an hour has past or with morning commute and then eat breakfast...can't skip breakfast!!
