Go IM for IGF-lr3 and subQ for ghrp. Workout hard before you pin the IGF. The hard workout resets your IGF receptors.

Just use a slin pin for IM with the IGF-1 or its really going to beat the crap out of you trying to pin with an inch long 25ga needle 3x a day (I ran out of slin pins the other day for my GH and until I get some more in fingers crossed tomorrow its been rough...)

The theory is that the IGF will attach itself to IGF receptors in the muscles or any other part of the body that has IGF receptors. When your train hard your muscles resets the IGF receptors so the IM injection of IGF will be absorbed into the muscles that has just been worked. You can pin IGF before the workout if you're pinning into the muscles to be worked. I think this is more for convenience rather than performance, just my opinion. I pin directly into the muscles worked, bilaterally, immediately after workout. I carry my IGF in a hard eye glasses case in my gym bag. As soon as I'm done, I go into a stall and pin my body parts. There are two thoughts in IGF cycle. One is to pin 100mcg, bilaterally, for a month and rest. The other is to take smaller doses 50mcg to 60mcg every other day or every 3rd day for a longer period of time. My cycle was for 3 months. The time off is supposed to give your body's IGF receptors a chance to reset. I like the second method. I believe more IGF is absorbed into the muscles so there's less IGF free floating throughout your body and get picked up by IGF receptors in your intestines. That's on of the reasons that some body builders have a distended gut.

Definately bilaterally. Unless you are trying for site growth on a weak side.

bilaterally - half on one side, half on the other.
