    Natural growth and sleep patterns

    Not sure where i should of posted this but this place sounds like the right place.
    I'm starting night shifts tonight, the question i have is at what time does natural gh peak in the night? and if im going to be going to bed at 8 in the morning, is that when it will peak? Also i plan to start ghrp-6, when would be the best time to pin it taking in to acount the times that im going to be working and sleeping.

    From what I understand, there are several growth pulse spurts throughout the day. A big pulse is around 10-2 at night. But that begin said, your own body produces the heaviest growth pulse about 2 hours after going to bed during your deep deep sleep.

    It is a good idea to take HGH when your cortisol levels are high. They are usually high in the early morning and in the early afternoon.

    So with your new schedule, perhaps think of pinning early afternoon?

    Would love to hear more about this from the vets as to when they think when...so bump

    Due to the fact i only get to eat once during work im going to be eating a meal which will be brown rice and chicken straight after work which will be before bed. Will this affect the natural gh levels?

    i am on a similar pattern, usually get to bed at 6am. i get in from work at 4-430am, have a protein meal and inject just before sleep, its best for me as i cant get back to sleep if i pin halfway through my sleep period

    The biggest pulse is during your REM sleep. I'd still pin right after you wake up and evening before you go to work. You work schedule is different than most and I believe your body will adjust.
