    GH pre work out

because of my work schedule i hit the Gym at 4am and usually stick prior to leaving. that is if i dont get up in middle of night to go to bathroom.

i have read conflicting threads both good and bad on GH Pre Work Out.

I would like to hear what people have to say on this.

here is my schedule if it helps

4am wake up - GH 2.5IU (still ramping up), pre work out drink (jack3d)

1 1/2 hour work out weights and cardio

home by 6am Breakfats egg whites and Oatmeal

i figure no need to go into much more detail as i have read what you eat (carbs) is only critical and hour before and after GH. i can give more if needed.

    thanks

I'm curious to know what the negatives you have heard of pinning PWO. Never heard of that. Only thing I can think of is PWO you should be getting in carbs and protein immediately - not waiting an hour b/c of the GH.

Nevermind. I thought you were talking post-workout. To me, PWO = post work out.

What your doing is perfect. It wouldn't work for me because I need carbs preworkout. I like to take my gh in the a.m on empty stomach just like you but I do cardio after, no weight training. If I don't do cardio I won't eat carbs for at least an hour. Sometimes I'll pin around 3 or 4 when I use the bathroom and then just go back to sleep, wake up, and then have a big breakfast with carbs and the works.

i would prefer a good pre work out meal and i know it would be better, but then im getting up at 3 am. i am banking on the good 7 hours sleep being a bit better than pre work out meal.
