    Lightbulb Hgh log

I'm on week three with HGH

4IU's Day, progression has been a success over a three week period.
Staying strong with my daily exercise, and diet.

The injection process has became a lot easier since the first..

Things that have changed so far:

    1. Joint pains and small swelling in the fingers (hard to take off my wedding ring), as well similar symptoms as arthritis, I'm tall so sitting for a while gets very unconformable
    2. I freakin grew 1 1/2 inches already
    3. Response with constant work out has been successful, compared to previous times (before HGH)
    4. Focus has increased, I actually listen to my wife when she's yelling at me
    5. I feel like taking 50 naps a day, I sleep like a rock in the night time.
    6. Hair regrowth, facial, and body areas have increased
    7. My nails grow faster than usual, kind of a pain in the butt to keep cutting them every week

That's about the just of it all so far, I know this a long process, I was wondering if anyone can tell me when the wow factor kicks into play?

I have heard about the golden 3 month marker theory? I'm interested to know when mass will come into play towards body frame etc.

When I started the process I was 175-177 pounds, A little pudgy in the face as well gut area.

Now I'm 170 pounds and I look a little thinner than before.

just hoping to see some mass progression in my frame.

    any advice from the veterans?

Sounds good about your wife! LOL! now that is a first I must say.

Yes...about the 3 month mark but optimal 6 months.

Why are you taking HGH at 24? you do not need it. Curious.

Interesting stuff. But, you grew 1.5"? I didn't think HGH caused growth in adults.

^^^^The only way he could have grown taller is if his growth plates weren't fully sealed.

I really wouldn't expect much in terms of gaining mass at a dose of 4iu unless AAS is run with the GH. You have to run at least 6iu for substantial LBM gain, which I wouldn't recommend at 24yr old. You're really too young to be running any amount of GH.....

In general around 35 once your own gh levels start to lower enough so as to not interfere with a good thing by creating a negative feedback loop especially while producing so much. Not worth messing with by injecting synthetic gh and then your own pulse thinks you do not need it hence it slows or shuts down while in its prime.

Also if too early as in before 25 there is chance your growth plates may not have fused yet and if this is the case then odd growth can happen.
