    Back Pain

    Can I inject in lower back sub-q and get some relief while still getting overal GH benefit?

    You can inject anywhere you can pull the skin away from the bone or muscle far enough to create an injection site.

    It might whether you site inject or not. Some adhere to site injections. Some think not.
    And it is also suggested that site injections can actually tear down tendons too...

    I do know whenever I injected into my knee it felt so much better. Now whether or not this was site induced or not I have no idea. Regardless I felt better.

    how could it possibly help? The liver coverts it to growth factors it doesn't get converted at the injection site.

    My bad for mis-reading your original question. I broke my sacrum and ileum (basically your pelvis but in the rear lower back) several years ago and have had lower back issues ever since. I pin GH in my love handle area almost exclusively which is within inches of my problem area and have never felt one bit of relief from it. Try it though and let us know how it goes.

    You do realize that GH has healing properties of it's own apart from it being converted to IGF-1 in the liver?
